Digital items that Litsje will make to your specifications after you purchase them. Litsje will send your files to you after and once completed.
I CAN’T FIND MY DOWNLOAD NOTIFICATION EMAIL
First, check your spam or junk e-mail inbox. If you use Gmail, check your Social and Promotions Tabs. If it’s not there, adding shop@litsje.co.za to your address book or safe list will help you locate these emails in the future.
You can still access your digital files in your account on Litsje.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY DIGITAL PURCHASES IN MY ACCOUNT?
To access your digital files from your account :
Sign in to litsje.co.za and go to your account
Go to https://litsje.co.za/my-account/
Go to recent orders, select downloads. This goes to the downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
There are generally no limits for when and how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your order page, provided the transaction has not been cancelled or removed.
I’M HAVING TROUBLE DOWNLOADING MY FILES
If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.
I WANT A REFUND OR WANT TO CANCEL MY DIGITAL ITEM
On the item page for a digital listing you will see that a digital listing are not able to be refunded or cancelled.
